A little bit of Krux history
Krux has been pushing boundaries in drilling optimization technology since entering the market in 2016.
After years spent working in drilling for oil & gas, Krux founder, Jody Conrad, not only saw the common challenges - she felt them. There was huge amounts of data available, but it was inconsistent, error prone, and under utilized. Unable to find a solution, she built one - and so Krux began.
Today, Krux helps drillers and resource owners turn drilling data into powerful analytics, and ultimately, drill smarter with data driven decisions.

At Krux, we believe consistent analytics start with high-quality data. Our platform includes robust validation at both data capture and review.
In evaluating other systems, we’ve found that data is often not collected at the level of detail Krux requires—such as activity by hole and depth—or with the level of validation needed to ensure clean, analytics-ready data. For that reason, we don't allow imports from other systems.
Yes, Krux has two fully documented APIs available for integration or importing data into your internal database. There is also an API available to import hole data into Krux to ensure your workflow is complete. Contact Us to find out more.
Krux integrates with commonly used tools such as maxgeo DataShed, Seequent's Imago and IMDEXHUB-IQ. We are always looking to enhance workflows, so if you'd love to see a new integration - let us know.

- Drillers enter PLOD or daily shift reports (DSR) data through KruxLog on their digital device or laptop
- Drill supervisors validate the PLOD or DSR data in KruxMetrix
- Geologists approve the PLOD or DSR

We currently have three subscription options including Basic, Premium and Enterprise subscriptions which have different features available per tier. Reach out to us to learn more about what tier would best suit your organization.
Our service provider/drilling clients both on a full subscription or companion license have access to both KruxLog (for data entry) and KruxMetrix (for validations and analytics). Mining clients have access to KruxMetrix (for approvals and analytics).
Yes, as a subscribed Krux client, your drillers can have access to a free Companion License to Krux.
